COLT 2026-2 marks the 68th securitization for Lone Star Residential

Lone Star Residential has closed its $328 million Non-QM securitization, COLT 2026-2. This deal marks the 68th securitization for Lone Star Residential’s COLT shelf, representing an aggregate of $21 billion of Non-QM mortgage loans securitized since 2015.
